Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
Texas-Specific Mediator Course | 2-Hour Training
We understand that schedules change. The following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to registrations for the 2-Hour Texas-Specific Mediator Course.
Participant Cancellations
Cancellations received at least 48 hours before the scheduled course:
Participants may request a full refund of the course registration fee or transfer their registration to another available course date.
Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the scheduled course:
Registration fees are non-refundable. However, participants may request a one-time transfer to another available course date.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows:
Registration fees are non-refundable. A participant who does not attend the scheduled course without providing prior notice will be required to register and pay for a future course date.
Rescheduling
Participants may request to reschedule their registration at least 24 hours before the scheduled course. Registration may be transferred one time, subject to course availability.
Additional rescheduling requests may require a new registration and payment.
Late Arrival
Because this course is designed to satisfy a specific two-hour training requirement, participants are expected to attend the entire course.
Participants who arrive significantly late, leave early, or otherwise do not complete the required instructional time may not be eligible to receive a certificate of completion and may be required to attend another session.
Course Cancellation or Rescheduling by Signazure Mediation
Signazure Mediation reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course because of instructor illness, insufficient enrollment, technical difficulties, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If Signazure Mediation cancels a course, registered participants may choose to:

Transfer their registration to another available course date; or

Receive a full refund of the registration fee.
If a course is rescheduled, participants who are unable to attend the new date may request a transfer or refund.
Virtual Course Participation
For courses conducted virtually, participants are responsible for having a reliable internet connection and a device capable of accessing the designated virtual training platform.
Individual technical difficulties do not automatically qualify for a refund. When possible, Signazure Mediation will work with the participant to determine whether transfer to a future session is appropriate.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
